Receiving care from Beth for more than three years now has been a major blessing. Her treatments and guidance around herbal steams have made a huge impact on my menstrual cycle health, something I have been struggling with since I was 17 years old. The work we did literally shifted my menses from a 50+ day cycle with severe PMS and extremely painful periods, to a 25-35 day cycle with much more overall ease. I saw changes pretty immediately after beginning the herbal steaming protocol, which helped encourage me because I had direct proof that it was working.
